Our goal
Marine Protected Areas (MPAs) and other area-based management tools are part of any conservation and sustainable fisheries strategy, as a means to protect marine species and habitats, reverse the decline of biodiversity and of the goods and services associated with marine ecosystems, recover degraded habitats and increase the sustainability of the resources.
